SEA CBD LIMITED - DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
THIS IS A SUMMARY OF YOUR DELIVERY AND RETURN RIGHTS – FOR DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THESE RIGHTS YOU MUST REFER TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF THERE IS ANY INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THIS POLICY AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL PREVAIL AND GOVERN OVER THIS POLICY.
1. Return of unsatisfied or damaged product
1.1 If you are not satisfied with any Sea CBD product you can return the product unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging for a full refund at any time up to 30 days from the date you received it. If you wish to cancel your order in this way, you must confirm this by phoning/emailing us within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will advise you on how to return the product to Sea CBD Limited.
1.2 Only items purchased directly from www.sea-CBD.com can be returned.
1.3 In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged or opened, please let us know and we will replace your order. So that we can give you satisfaction as quickly as possible please call 0203 858 9490 BEFORE returning a product. Remember to enclose your name, address and account number when returning a product.
2. UK Delivery Fees
2.1 UK Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 24h Tracked
2.2 UK deliveries £3.93 per order
2.3 Any orders received before 14:00 Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.
2.4 Please note all orders after 14:00 are dispatched the following working day.
2.5 Any orders received on a Friday after 14:00 or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
3. International Delivery Fees
3.1 International Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked
3.2 Orders may take up to 14 days for fulfilment.
3.3 International Deliveries £3.93 per order
3.4 Sea CBD Limited does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems.
4. Delivery Times
4.1 Every reasonable effort will be made by Sea CBD to ensure the Goods ordered are despatched to the place set out in the Order within 1 Working Day of the acceptance of the Order.
4.2 Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and Sea CBD Limited shall not be liable for any reasonable delay in delivery of the Goods.
4.3 Delivery of the Goods shall be performed by a third party. Sea CBD Limited shall not be liable for late delivery unless the Company has acted negligently.
4.4 If the Customer does not take delivery of the Goods or fails to give Sea CBD Limited adequate delivery instructions then the Company may store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Customer for its reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage and delivery.
4.5 Sea CBD Limited shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss, damage or deterioration of the Goods during storage.
4.6 Where delivery is otherwise than at the Customer's premises, the Customer shall be liable for additional delivery and insurance charges.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, under English Law.
